Re-Vita offers a 100% unconditional money-back guarantee on all products to all retail www.Re-Vita.com customers. If a retail www.Re-Vita.com customer is dissatisfied with any Re-Vita product for any reason, they may return that product to Re-Vita Manufacturing, within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund of the purchase price (refund does not include shipping). Proof of purchase is required.

Quality Control
Re-Vita Manufacturing will replace, within 30 days of purchase, any product found to be defective. In order to assure product replacement, compliance to the following procedures is required:
Submit a written replacement request stating the reason for the request and accompanied by proof of payment and a copy of the packing slip. Product returned without prior authorization will be returned to sender. Upon receipt and verification of the product, Re-Vita Manufacturing will ship out replacement product.
