Your "Doctor Designed" LiquaHealth Diet*
Dr. Meltzer, whose best selling books have made him known as the Del Mar Doctor, recommends the following in putting together your own "Doctor Designed" LiquaHealth Healthy Diet*:
- LiquaHealth in the morning (1-2 servings) with a light breakfast of cereal and fruits.
- Followed by light exercise and thinking, reading, meditation, or prayer.
- LiquaHealth or LiquaSpirulina at mid-morning to stave off hunger and provide energy.
- A salad or other sensible meal for lunch.
- LiquaHealth or LiquaSpirulina again mid-afternoon.
- An early light dinner of fish and vegetables.
